Ingersoll Rand offers two size options for receiver tank kits:  10-gallon and 22.5-gallon.  These kits are intended for use with reciprocating compressor modules and are rated for up to 200psi maximum working pressure.  All kits are equipped with a safety relief valve, a pressure port to run a feedback line to a pressure gauge, and a tank drain valve that can be remote mounted for easy access.

10 Gallon

The 10-gallon tank kit mounts easily under the chassis of the truck along one of the vehicle frame rails.  The 22.5-gallon tank kit is intended to be pedestal or stand mounted in the truck bed or body compartment.

22.5 Gallon

For hydraulic systems that require additional hydraulic cooling, Ingersoll Rand offers an auxiliary hydraulic oil cooler.  The cooler itself is approximately 20” tall, 18.5” wide, and 7” deep, and is equipped with a 16”, 12-volt, 17-amp, high-efficiency electric fan.  The cooler is designed to remove approximately 40,000 BTU/hr from the hydraulic oil.  The cooler kit is provided with mounting brackets to vertically mount the cooler on a flat, horizontal surface.

Specially designed for Ingersoll Rand’s engine-drive, reciprocating compressor modules, this option turns these modules into completely self-contained units.  The module has the capacity to store up to 20.5 gallons of compressed air and holds over nine gallons of fuel.  It is specially designed to be versatile enough to be a factory option or an aftermarket add-on.  Also, the module does not increase the footprint of the unit, it does not change the mounting hole pattern of the unit, and only adds 8.5 inches to the overall unit height.
