Below Deck Accessories
Portable Power offers a wide array of electrical products for under-chassis applications. All generators provide true sine wave AC output via a self-regulating brushless design. All welding units are applicable for any stick welding application, and can be converted for MIG welding applications using a portable MIG welder spool gun. All products are designed for continuous duty applications.
Electrical and Air
For applications including an under-chassis compressor system, an electrical unit can be belt-driven off of the compressor drive shaft. These units are supplied with pulley sets that optimize the drive speed of the electrical unit so that both systems can operate at the maximum rated output simultaneously.

Hydraulic-Drive
Portable Power offers a full line of hydraulically driven electrical units. These units have the option of being ordered with an integral control panel or provisions for the panel to be remotely mounted. This allows the installer maximum versatility in selecting a mounting location for these units, whether it is under the chassis, on top of the body, or in a compartment. All units are equipped with a flow compensation valve to ensure the unit is not over sped.

PTO Drive
For applications where the electrical unit will be shaft driven from a PTO, Portable Power offers a wide selection of direct-drive electrical units. These units are provided with a shaft adapter to mount directly to a common Dana driveshaft flange or slip yoke.

Hydraulic Cooler with 12-Volt Fan
|
For hydraulic systems that require additional hydraulic cooling, Portable Power offers an auxiliary hydraulic oil cooler. The cooler itself is approximately 20” tall, 18.5” wide, and 7” deep, and is equipped with a 16”, 12-volt, 17-amp, high-efficiency electric fan. The cooler is designed to remove approximately 40,000 BTU/hr from the hydraulic oil. The cooler kit is provided with mounting brackets to vertically mount the cooler on a flat, horizontal surface.
This cooler is applicable to all hydraulic drive electrical units offered by Portable Power except the 400amp welder.
