No output voltage from alternator.
A. Engine speed to low. Must be running at 1800 RPM minimum.
B. Main breaker is open or tripped.
C. Check for faulty alternator capacitor.
D. Check for faulty diodes.

C. Check load on the alternator. Auxiliary receptacles may overload the unit.

A. Alternator voltage too low.

A. Check for proper voltage at toggle switch. Should be 120 Vac.
B. Check for faulty ballast.
C. Check for faulty light capacitor.
