Power University training offers sales edge

Sales specialists and general managers from more than one dozen dealerships recently attended Power University training in Phoenix, Arizona. The four-day training session included classroom instruction and hands-on training led by Doosan Portable Power product managers who are experts on Doosan air compressors, generators and light towers.

Sales specialists who have attended Power University training say the increased knowledge translates to increased confidence on the job, making the training worth the time away from the dealership. “Sales personnel who attend training have a better understanding of the product and can apply that in sales situations with customers and competitor comparisons,” says Jeremy Bailey, air products manager, Doosan Portable Power.

Power University training includes detailed product information, market insights to help sell against the competition, plus actual side-by-side comparisons with competitor products.
