4 ways to use Co-Op funds in Q4

Share the cost of promoting your business with eligible Co-Op funds. Available funds must be used by December 31, 2018, to be eligible for reimbursement. Here are four ways to put your Co-Op funds to use before year-end.

1. Training
Expenses associated with Doosan Portable Power-sponsored training courses – including the October 9 – 11, 2018, session of Power University – are eligible for Co-Op reimbursement consideration. This may include hotel, airfare and registration fees for sales and service training. Training sessions must be approved in writing by your district manager. The participant must attend the entire event and pass any required exams before receiving reimbursement.

2. Association dues
Renew your membership with professional organizations. Association dues for approved trade associations are eligible for Co-Op reimbursement. A list of approved associations is available in the Co-Op Advertising Manual. Reimbursement of membership dues for associations not listed requires pre-approval by your district manager.

3. Promotional/merchandise items
Load up on branded apparel, golf balls and Doosan Portable Power pens now. Promotional items, including hats, shirts and point-of-purchase materials are eligible for reimbursement through the Co-Op program. They can be ordered through the Custom Advertising website. Items ordered through another source must be pre-approved for Co-Op reimbursement. Items displaying only the approved Doosan Portable Power logo and dealer logo will be considered for Co-Op reimbursement.

4. Sponsorships
Sponsor a fall golf tournament or a youth soccer team. Event or club sponsorship opportunities that include the Doosan logo will be considered for Co-Op reimbursement with pre-approval. Sponsorship opportunities and budget information must be submitted for review prior to the event.

Additional Co-Op program guidelines and eligibility requirements can be found in the Co-Op Advertising Manual available on the Doosan Portable Power dealer portal.
